We're Hiring! Part-Time Leasing Agent – Evenings & Weekends

Split Rock Properties is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team! If you have a passion for real estate, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

• Part-time role with evening and weekend availability required.
• Work directly with prospective tenants to showcase available properties.
• Assist with lease applications, tenant inquiries, and move-in coordination.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Split Rock Properties professionally.

✅ Strong Sales & Communication Skills – Ability to engage with potential tenants and highlight property features effectively.
✅ Real Estate or Leasing Experience (preferred but not required) – Prior experience in property management, leasing, or real estate is an asset.
✅ Attention to Detail & Organization – Ability to manage multiple inquiries, applications, and appointments efficiently.
✅ Self-Motivated & Reliable – Comfortable working independently during evening and weekend hours.
✅ Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation – Ability to travel between properties as needed.

• Work with a growing property management team across Dartmouth, Halifax, Bedford, and beyond.
• Flexible part-time hours with room for growth.
